Customized Property Inspections:

Seasonally Safe does interior and exterior inspections that are customized to your specific needs, ensuring your property is well taken care of. During our weekly checks we provide many services such as: check water, heating, cooling and security systems; running water and flushing toilets; stocking the pantry, stacking wood and watering plants. Additionally, Robert will arrange to meet any subcontractor at your home, and will remain until work is completed. We will ensure your home is warm and comfortable when you arrive. We also provide caretaking and personal assistamt services to make your second home feel like your first.

Basic services can be performed on a weekly or bi-weekly basis; Seasonally Safe works with you to create a customized package based on your home's specific needs.

Contractors and Repairs:

Should something go wrong, Seasonally Safe has relationships with the most reliable local contractors. We will schedule, provide access to, and oversee all work to ensure completion of the project in a timely fashion and at a reasonable price.

Any work provided by subcontractors will be billed by Seasonally Safe at a 10% increase over the invoice rate or at an hourly rate of $25/hr.

Pre/Post Visit Setup

We want your second home to feel like your first when you arrive, and are happy to make sure all inconviences are taken care of; enabling our customers to enjoy their time in Park City from beginning to end. Seasonally Safe will set the thermostats, spa and entry lights to desired specifications; as well as stocking your refrigerator and freezer if you desire. At the end of your visit we will return to and shut down your home.

Our weekly visits will be timed to your arrival and departure to avoid extra fees.
